EULA - End User License Agreement

This Product, FruitfulTime TaskManager is copyrighted. You are licensed by this Agreement to use this Product on a single computer. A license key is required for each computer on which you run FruitfulTime TaskManager. FruitfulTime still owns all the rights to the Product. You can’t sell it to others, rent it, or give it away.

You are Licensed to use this Product as long as you don’t modify it or reverse engineer it. You can terminate this License and this Agreement at anytime by deleting all copies of the Product. The License and Agreement also terminate if you don’t comply with everything in this Agreement.

The Product is Licensed without any warranty. FruitfulTime and everyone else who has been involved in the creation of the Product is not liable for any damages.

By default, FruitfulTime TaskManager checks for upgrades with FruitfulTimes server. This feature can be disabled at any time from the product. By agreeing to this EULA, it means that you accept that FruitfulTime TaskManager checks for upgrades every time it is run.
